Robert’s advice is clear and concise, and is delivered with a level of understanding, support and empathy that I appreciate when making difficult decisions. His practical experience in HR, combined with his legal background in industrial relations, enables him to provide very relevant advice on employment strategies at both individual and organisation levels. This empowers me and my management team as we feel well informed of risks when making important decisions that impact on people’s lives. His personalised service at a very reasonable cost is why we believe that a continued relationship with Robert is an investment rather than an expense.

Diana Scolaro (Legal Counsel & Director, Harvey Fresh)
Rob was engaged to provide legal advice on employment matters, after UEA secured its first coal mining services contract in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. As UEA was unfamiliar with operating in the coal mining industry, especially in relation to employment legislation, Rob provided sound and practical advice which enabled UEA to ensure its employment agreements were compliant with legislation; whilst also enabling UEA to be flexible and competitive in its workplace arrangements. Rob was responsive and quick to reply to any queries / concerns we had during the process.
Loris Bianco (CFO, The UEA Group)
